Yoga to Enhance the Immune System

In this gentle practise we focus on supporting our immune system by targeting our endocrine system specifically our adrenal, thymus and thyroid glands. Studies have shown that practising yoga 30 minutes a day has a significant effect on the body's ability to deal with stress by enhancing the Hypothalmus - Pituatory gland pathway.

I include a few mudras, or energetic positions with our fingers to help direct the subtle flow of energy or prana in the body.
