I love to cook, always have. Sharing that experience with other people makes my heart sing. I turned pescatarian age 18 but it wasn’t till I was pregnant with my first child that I decided to learn more about nutrition. That changed everything I begame to learn about amino acids, how much protein I really needed and what supplements to take to ensure I was getting everything I needed for this baby growing inside me.
I didn’t even think about dairy at the time so it’s ironic that when I my youngest son went to university and learned about the dairy industry that he turned vegan and convinced his older brother to do the same. That was in 2013 and since then I have moved toward a fully vegetarian and mostly plant based diet. Now I lhost plant based cooking classes and share the recipes I love with as many people as possible.
