Mindful Movement Practise

This is a gentle mindful movement practise. We remain on the ground throughout the practise and focus on connecting to our breath and the sensations in our body. By moving mindfully we become more aware of what is going on in our body and more conscious of our thoughts and emotions. Take your time, enjoy and finish feeling energised and ready to take on the day or perhaps drift off to sleep.
