Day 8 - Fold and Twist
Today we stay grounded and move into deeper poses that will release tension from the spine and hamstrings. We start with a seated twist and then move into two single leg forward folds. Take your time, listen to your body and use your breath to begin to release tension and open your up. We finish with Tarasana a beautiful knee wide forward fold, I always feel like a turtle inside my shell in this pose. Its a beautiful preparation for savasana and can feel very nourishing and calming for the entire body.
