Day 6 - Back Bends

Today we get to lie down and work on our back body. By lifting our arms and legs away from the ground we slowly begin to extend our spine strengthening the muscles from our neck to our tail bone. Remember to listen to your back and only do what feels right today. There are lots of options on offer.
